The Night Before the Big Day
On the eve of our highly anticipated event, our team was hard at work setting the stage for an unforgettable five weeks of sports activities, workshops, and shows. From meticulously assembling the Ring Stamp Trail with our bespoke, hand-crafted props to transforming the Olympic Village into a vibrant, selfie-ready zone, there was no shortage of creativity and enthusiasm in the air.
Setting Up the Ring Stamp Trail
Watch as we bring our interactive Ring Stamp Trail to life! Each giant ring is designed with custom artwork to represent the various sports featured throughout the event, creating an engaging experience for visitors. Collecting stamps at each station promises to add an extra layer of fun for families as they explore.
Creating the Olympic Village
Next, we dive into the transformation of the Olympic Village. Our aim was to create a captivating backdrop for visitors to snap selfies and create lasting memories. With vibrant vinyl artwork and giant props, we designed a space that celebrates the spirit of sport while encouraging everyone to get involved.
Prepping the Sports Arena
Finally, we shift our focus to the Sports Arena, where action-packed activities await! From football and BMX workshops to basketball simulators, we ensured every detail was in place for an exhilarating launch. Our team worked tirelessly to prepare the arena, guaranteeing that participants of all ages could enjoy a day filled with excitement and skill-building.
