CEP Agency recently had the pleasure of delivering a fully immersive entertainment experience for HIK Vision during their three-day corporate retreat in Scotland. Hosted at a picturesque golf course, the event’s headline moment was a Great Gatsby-themed dinner and awards evening — blending high-impact entertainment with thoughtful attention to detail.
A Taste of the Roaring Twenties
For the dinner show, we created a full Gatsby-inspired experience. Our team curated an atmosphere that felt rich, elegant, and era-appropriate — with walkabout performers styled as Gatsby-era characters weaving between tables to bring the theme to life.
Highlights included giant martini glasses as centrepiece stages, featuring pearl-adorned burlesque-style dancers, alongside a beautifully choreographed flapper girl show full of energy and period flair. Guests were also treated to a striking disco ball diamond act, which brought a modern edge to the classic theme.
Creative and Logistical Delivery
CEP managed every element of the evening’s entertainment — from concept and choreography to costume design and on-site logistics. Our Scotland-based entertainment managers coordinated performers, tech teams, and timing to ensure everything ran smoothly on the night.
