The Ice Kingdom Parade
A magical Ice Kingdom parade created to launch The Liberty’s grotto with a high-impact winter-wonderland spectacle.
A closer look at the Ice Kingdom parade we created for The Liberty. From clockwork ballerinas and ice fairies to balloon models, usherette girls, ribbon twirlers and the Ice Queen on stilts, every character formed part of a cohesive Ice Kingdom costume set. With an Ice Queen and dragon leading the way, supported by fairies, acrobats, a marching band and more, the parade delivered a story-led, winter-wonderland welcome that drew crowds, built anticipation for the grotto launch and created endless photo and social media moments for families on the mall.
What we delivered:
Concept & Parade Design: A bespoke Ice Kingdom parade crafted around The Liberty’s Christmas grotto launch - designed to build anticipation and deliver a “show moment” for visitors.
Character & Costume Design: A full Ice Kingdom cast including Ice Queen, dragon, clockwork ballerinas, ice fairies, balloon models, usherette girls, ribbon twirlers, acrobats and stilt walkers - all styled as one cohesive, premium visual world.
Performance Direction & Choreography: Parade routes, cues and choreography developed to maximise visibility, guest interaction and photo opportunities at key points around the centre.
Event Management & Casting: End-to-end management from CEP’s team - casting professional performers, coordinating call times, backstage preparation and seamless show delivery.
Impact: A standout Christmas launch moment that boosted footfall to the grotto, extended dwell time, and generated shareable winter-wonderland content for families and The Liberty’s digital channels.
