Step inside our Candy Cane Factory Pop-Up Panto at Highcross. Designed as a festive world of theatre, storytelling and playful interactivity, this experience invited families into Santa’s sweetest workshop! Across November and December, guests met our brilliantly cheeky elves, explored a custom-built Candy Cane Factory set and enjoyed live pop-up panto performances throughout the day. The star of the show - the Candy Dandy-O-Matic - let children make a wish, drop their bauble into the tube, and watch a candy cane appear! Every detail was crafted to surprise and delight!
What we delivered:
Concept, Story & Panto Creation: A brand-new Christmas panto storyline set inside a whimsical Candy Cane Factory — designed to entertain families and run seamlessly in a retail environment.
Live Performances: Character-led shows and roaming interactions delivered throughout the day by our professional elf cast.
Bespoke Set Build: A handcrafted Candy Cane Factory environment featuring playful mechanisms, festive textures and immersive visual storytelling.
Custom Props & Hero Moment: The Candy Dandy-O-Matic - a magical interactive prop where children made a wish, dropped in a bauble and received a candy cane.
Lighting & Sound Design: Full technical design to support the theatrical feel, including ambient soundscapes and panto-style lighting.
Event Production & Delivery: End-to-end management from CEP Agency - casting, rehearsals, technical installation, performance scheduling and onsite event delivery across the festive season.
