Step into The Butterfly Garden, a whimsical spring activation brought to life at The Glades in Bromley. Designed to inspire creativity, connection, and confidence, this immersive experience invited families to explore a vibrant garden filled with interactive moments and meaningful takeaways. From mindful trails to hands-on crafting, young visitors were encouraged to discover their inner “I am...” with every fluttering step.

What we delivered:
Design & Concept: Curated a thoughtful, multi-sensory journey that blended visual impact with emotional connection.
Immersive Zones: Installed a giant butterfly-themed colouring wall, daisy-shaped craft tables with wooden butterfly kits, and a large-scale balloon flower wall for colourful photo moments.
Interactive Affirmation Trail: A bespoke butterfly trail featuring props, floor vinyls, and maps. At each stop, children collected positive words—like joyful, brave —to complete their “I am...” affirmation map.
Live Performers: Cast and managed stilt-walking butterflies, butterfly-themed usherettes offering branded jelly bean treats, a face painter, butterfly bellhop actor and butterfly craft station hosts.
Print & Production: Delivered trail signage, maps, craft instructions, and branding for a cohesive look and clear visitor journey.
Event Management: Oversaw the entire experience—from logistics to live delivery—ensuring a seamless event.
