A multi-zone Easter activation designed to drive footfall, increase dwell time and create a fully immersive seasonal experience within a live retail environment.

Commissioned by The Glades Shopping Centre, Hop Into Easter transformed the Central Atrium into a vibrant, interactive destination for families and shoppers.

Blending visual theatre, hands-on activity and a strong retail-driving mechanic, the activation was designed to encourage movement across the space while increasing time spent within the centre. A layered approach ensured there was something for every visitor — from high-energy prize moments to softer, creative engagement.

What we delivered:

  • Bunny Prize Crane Grabber: A hero attraction designed to drive queues. The crane machine was elevated with a bespoke giant bunny surround, transforming it into a standout centrepiece. Supported by a spend-led mechanic, visitors unlocked gameplay through in-centre purchases.

  • Easter Meadow Photo Zone: A floral, spring-led installation designed as a walk-in content moment. The space encouraged visitors to stop, take photos and engage with a social competition mechanic.

  • Balloon Florist & Live Modeller: A combination of static visual styling and live interaction. The balloon florist installation created strong visual impact, while the roaming balloon modeller delivered continuous engagement and take-home moments throughout the day.

  • Bunny Crown Craft Bar: A hands-on workshop space designed for younger visitors, offering a creative activity that increased dwell time and gave participants a wearable takeaway.

  • Spatial Design, Styling & Build: A fully considered layout including floor vinyls, props, florals and balloon installations to define zones, guide visitor flow and create a cohesive, high-impact environment across the Central Atrium.

  • Operational Delivery: End-to-end management including capsule fulfilment, prize sourcing, installation, staffing and live event delivery.
